Are those numbers correct? Asterisk 12 stopped being supported almost 2 years ago and became "do not use" on 2015-12-20 https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+Versions
Ubuntu 14 may still be supported, if you're on 14.0.4.5 https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases You could try make distclean and start again. What happens when you compile with a current, supported version of Asterisk?
