If you need to know what the provisioning XML should look like for a 3PCC build of a Cisco 78xx or 88xx phone, then let it boot without provisioning, and then log in to its web interface. Select admin mode and log-in if necessary. Then edit the URL in the browser from:
http://ip-address/admin/ to http://ip-address/admin/cfg.xml To see the handset's current configuration. Note that these phones are VERY fussy about being sent clean, compliant XML for provisioning.
