I gather that you are talking about Caller ID. You can likely specify
what you want but you need to look at the caller Id setting on the
Extension setting form.
It looks like you are trying to tie extensions to trunks directly - No
press 1 for Ron, 2 for Paul, 3 for tech support, etc.
You want incoming calls to number xxx-xxxx to go to Ron's phone and
yyy-yyyyy to go to Paul?
Both should be easy to do and not too hard to set up under FreePBX.
