Are you using http://www.virbiage.com/firefly/download/firefly-dev.exeI had exactly the same problem. I tried removing and reinstalling several times but it always crashed. I sent an email to verbiage asking for help and all I got in response was "Have you got it working yet?" from them. I have been unable to get a reply since.
