I can echo Darren's comments here, even though I don't have anywhere near as large installations to support as he does :-) Even my smallest installation regularly sees 2D MMR and speeds well over 14,400 using HylaFAX CVS code (4.2.0 beta) and driving the modem in Class 1 mode. These under $100 HP inkjet FAX/copy/scan/toast/jam/peanut butter/window washing machines implement pretty much everything FAX-wise, except color.
