I'm using zoneld numbers which I can terminate on any US number -- http://ld.net/mu has various options. You basically get your incoming voicepulse, broadvoice, etc line, then get an 800# to terminate on those lines and you're in asterisk. Through this, I also have tollfree numbers to my cellphones and fax...
