That is your problem. asterisk-addons is not in sync with the "v1 stable" branch of asterisk. 1. Update your asterisk from the CVS HEAD 2. "make" AND "make install" in the asterisk tree 3. You can then successfully "make" in asterisk-addons. This has been answered on this list at least twice in the last week!
