Ditech Communications ( http://www.ditechcom.com/ ) has a 2 slot and a 4 slot chassis and you can populate them with just 1 echo cancelling card if you like.
They have RJ45 jacks and you have to use a T1 Cross cable on both sides. We made our own.. Just regular cat5b and you swap the orange and orange-white with the blue and blue-white. hope that helps!
