I don't want to look one of those which asserts their work is their own,
otherwise I would not shared it with the community... 
By looking at the link you sent to the mailing-list and the comment that
you attached there was nothing to make me believe that you brought
changes... If yes, as you told us, I am really glad to hear it :)

Now, I do not know if everybody have the right to take an existing open
source application and thus to redistribute the application without
quoting the author :/ 


A bit more serious, it just a small php application, I guess, this don't
deserve to fight for the author origin, I made it with love for the
asterisk community :) 
I would like to say all amelioration are definitely welcome and if we
can merge our efforts, I guess it would be closer of the Asterisk
mentality.
