Why don't you use asterisk-oh323?

I suspect it will be solved when you put disallow=all and allow=ulaw in sip.conf and h323.conf (and NO OTHER ALLOW= LINES)

It happened in both: SIP -> CHAN_H323 and CHAN_H323 -> SIP...
when it will be solved?
