I don't know how you provisioned your phone, but I have never seen this behaviour with my IP10's. Factory defaults work pretty well, in that case your section would be: [192.168.1.116] Line = aaln/1 Or maybe (!) you would use the IP that Asterisk sees traffic coming from (in case of NAT).
