Please help to store datas of call history into the pgsql. When I have run ./asterisk -vvvvc then I have faced

Aug 23 16:11:38 ERROR[1076245120]: cdr_pgsql.c:300 my_load_module: cdr_pgsql: Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused
Is the server running on host localhost and accepting
TCP/IP connections on port 5432?
