On the extensions.conf explanation page is a mention of the "switch" statement
and it refers one to the "connecting two * servers" page. The only mention of
the switch statement there is brief and in the example.
However, the example seems to have some errors in it. It shows a sample of
what's in the extensions.conf file, but it clearly has sections which would be
in the iax.conf file. And there is no explanation of how the switch statement
works.
I've tried searching in the wiki but all references to switch seem to be for
phone switch banks. Is there a more clear explanation of how that switch in
extensions.conf? Or is the switch rarely used and a direct Dial() to another
IAX server the preferred way to deal with inter-* communications?
