Did you find a resolution, I could not see a response that solves your issue. If you still have the issue it might be worth posting parts of your dialplan. Generally speaking, I would change the IVR part of your dialplan so that it checks if caller ID has been set, in which case it answers straightaway, if not then it waits for two rings.
