Have you tried disabling USB support in BIOS (assuming you're not using
it)?  Also, if applicable, setting "Plug and Play OS" to "no"?  Maybe
your IRQ's have been changing on bootup.

I have a tdm400p, not a t100p, and my problems are as I described.
It randomly fails to be visible to the zaptel driver when I boot
