chan_capi uses header files from asterisk. Look in the chan_capi Makefile and you will see. Obviously chan_capi does not know about the new callerid code that is part of recent asterisk cvs. They are tied together. That is why you need to use v1-0 of asterisk or wait until kapejod releases an updated chan_capi (prepare for a wait afaik). Or fix it yourself off course...
