It's ridiculous to point this user to Google for this question unless you
are pointing him towards a previous thread on the mailing list in which case
you should say so...

Otherwise, what this person is asking for is perfectly reasonable. He said a
"good" place to find polycom phones, which indicates that he wants some
feedback from the user community. (which if I'm not mistaken is what this
list is for) If he had said "Where can I get the best possible price for
polycom phones?" it would have been a different story as he can easily find
that info on Google. But no, he asked for the advice of the community...
