Did someone have succeed to compile
chan_misdn ??? I’ve got an error when in try to compile chan_misdn.c:68: error:
`__use_AST_MUTEX_DEFINE_STATIC_rather_than_AST_MUTEX_INITIALIZER__' undeclared
