I love this phone except for this problem, either way I guess I will keep it and wait for the new firmware since it's a nice phone overall.

Yes - the new firmware is coming. I've tested a beta version, and it does fix the rport mess (which required nat=never or route). It also adds support for STUN.
Last i heard, the release is supposed to be the end of Oct.
