Doesn't look like it -- the API is fairly limited and only available for Windows devices at this time... and to top it all off, it's based on Windows messages, which are inherently unreliable and slow. Skimming through 28 pages of documentation, I have not been able to find a way to redirect audio-streams either, which would not only be required for * integration, but also for the IVR solutions Skype claims would now be possible.
