As what I could read, this patch allows users to replace the moh default
system to play something else instead of mp3.
Not my problem.
He posted the solution to your problem. You did not try it. What more can we say.
The patch he sent you to will play all mp3 files (or any other filetype) from the beginning of the file every time.
