It kind of depends. There's AMP, but it's set-up is non-trivial. That's the only one I've tried.

There's a new install guide for newbies that's much improved. Even I was able to install AMP with the new instructions:

Plus, they also have a mailing list, but there's not much activity on it.
They have their own forum as well.
