I haven’t checked if this works because I
had another problem with that firmware. I have a checkpoint firewall at our main
office. Sip pone addresses are allowed to pass
through using any kind of protocol. Calls made from within the main office to
the outside pass through OK. Calls made form the branch office fail
because the firewall determines an invalid sip header. Once the firmware is updates to 1.0.5.16,
it passes through just fine. Anybody encounter this and find a way to
handle it without upgrading the firmware? From: Derek Conniffe [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] You have to run your own tftp server, get
the firmware & unzip it and then set the budgetone to use your tftp
server in its configuration then reset the budgetone and it will reload the
updated firmware and you are back in message button business! Derek ps I have a few * servers on the internet
- I could give you an ip address of one with a tftp server with 1.0.5.11
firmware - im using this version because of this message/auto-dial problem with
ver 1.0.5.16 From:

[mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Gerald J. Puhl Using: I meant to say "downgrade to 1.0.5.11 It sounds like you might be using the broken BT
firmware - are you using 1.0.5.16? If you are you'll find that the
message button and the auto-dial feature do not work. You can downgrade
to 1.0.5.16 but I've read that the newer [BETA?] 1.0.5.18 works too. To all: --
