I have a problem with the queue cmd.
I am trying to redirect an incoming call to another phone when nobody in the queue answer it within 18 seconds. Somehow the incoming call keeps on retrying within the queue. The second part was never executed. Below is a part of my extensions.conf and the queue.conf. Is there someone out there who can help me?
Thanks in advance. Regards, Chin
extensions.conf ---------------- exten => s,1,Queue(office|tT|||18) exten => s,2,Dial(Zap/g1/1234567,18)
queue.conf ---------------- [office] strategy = ringall member => SIP/123 member => SIP/456 timeout = 5 retry = 1 maxlen = 0
exten => s,1,Queue(office|tT|||18) exten => t,1,Dial(Zap/g1/1234567,18)
Thanks. I tried it but it still did not work. From the console, I notice that the call never came out of the queue. It keeps on repeating even after the 18 seconds is up. Is there something missing in my queue configuration?
Regards, Chin
