I just deployed an * system using FC3 and it is woking nicely for 1
and half weeks without a restart. this is what I get running uptime:
 13:50:44 up 10 days, 23:23,  1 user,  load average: 0.01, 0.01, 0.00
I'm using it with the follwing:
Apache, for flash op
TFTP, for cisco phones.
and a digium tdm400
You shouldn't have any problems.
