Brian, thanks for your reply. I was under the impression that I need two public IP addresses for the STUN server to work. Is this correct? I only have one IP at the office now.

Using a STUN server in conjunction with your IP phone, will resolve some of your NAT issues. You can run the STUN server on the Asterisk server also. If you specify the STUN server settings in your ATA, it will do NAT translation and forward off packets to the Asterisk server accordingly. -- Brian Wilkins Software Engineer [EMAIL PROTECTED] Heritage Communications Corporation Melbourne, FL USA 32935 321.308.4000 x33 http://www.hcc.net _______________________________________________ Asterisk-Users mailing list Asterisk-Users@lists.digium.com http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users _______________________________________________ Asterisk-Users mailing list Asterisk-Users@lists.digium.com http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users
