Make sure you have:
1. a timer sourece
2. mpg123
3. the caller is actualy on hold, or you are using Dial(............,m.........)
4. musiconhold.conf is setup correctly.
It would also help if you give us the CLI output. Does it show
anything about started/stopped music on hold?
