Ed, is there a specific bellster mailing-list where pitfalls should be
reported?

For example, if someone is offering 331 and 332 numbers (in France) at
the same time, this person is probably using the fact that he doesn't
pay for national calls.

However, numbers starting with 33262 are *not* considered national
calls because they target landlines in La Reunion on the other side of
the Earth. La Reunion is administratively part of France, but calls
terminating there from the metropolitan area are *very* expensive, and
not many people know that. I wonder whether bellster could check for
the specific availability of those numbers, which IMO will cost a lot
to people not paying attention...
