We're in the queue waiting for Level 3 to start the process. Would love to exchange email with those who have gone before or share the pain with others going through it now. Note that the process (at least for us) is covered by an NDA we have with Level 3 and so the conversations would have to be general in nature or cleared with Level 3. I will go back and re-read the NDA to see exactly what it covers.
