We have given a few PAP2-NA to our business customers with both phone ports configured through the same SIP server. We cannot call them both at the same time. Surprisingly, we can call both the phones one at a time fine. Is there something we are missing in the configuration? Any help in resolving this will be greatly appreciated.
What codec are you using? Keep in mind that the PAP2 (and the Sipura SPA-2000 it is based on) can only do _one_ low-bandwidth connection at a time (G.729 or similar).
