hacking the source. It would be nice to be able to edit the mgcp.conf to send or not send specific parameters, but right now, it is not available.
But a better question is why? I have used several MGCP devices with asterisk and the AUEP works just fine.
You should be able to audit a wildcard or and endpoint without any trouble.

Subject: [Asterisk-Users] Edit MGCP response
Hi there,
I'd like to know if there's any way I can edit the fields asterisk sends in an MGCP response to my devices, without having to mess with the source code. What happens is that asterisk sends an F parameter in an audit endpoint message I don't want it to send. Does anyone know I can solve this?
