Yes. But we never stuff more that 4T1s worth of calls on a Dual Xeon 3.6. We know it can do more, but why push it. We prefer to have SER loadbalance all calls among multiple gateways.
Do you transcode g.711 to g.729 with * ?
If so how many concurrent calls have you reached?
