Fixed!

Another way of doing this is to give customer extra seconds between
numbers:
...
exten => s,4,Background(afterhours-menu)
exten => s,5,DigitTimeout,5 ; give them 5 seconds between digits
exten => s,6,ResponseTimeout,10 ; give them 90 seconds to make a choice
...
