I have dealt with livevoip on several issues as the new account I just set up had a number of problems, unlike the first one I purchased. They were responsive, offered fixes within an hour, fixed their problems within the day, and I have had no problems or rude responses with them. I would tend to respect their wishes to have your problems sent directly rather than posted publicly, and only if you decide they are not working out would I post your grievances.
