Can't you use the incominglimit=1, outgoinglimit=1 in the sip.conf file to prevent another call?Yep. Or if you hand code the feature into your dial plan too....

I couldn't get call waiting to work on the polycomm because I had this set. The second call to the phone
always went to the busy priority.
