Well, you either have a technical problem or an administrative one. Eliminate the possibility of corrupted cookies or browser cache by going to another workstation, accessing http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/ata186 and entering your credentials. If you still see no files listed, it appears that Cisco has (perhaps inadvertently) downgraded your account.
