Seems OK now... still, 3+ hours down... nothing worked, no outgoing
calls (not even their tech support number!), no incoming calls... not
even BV's voicemail kicked in when I called my DIDs. Dead air. Well,
at least it was at night time.

If it was a scheduled outage, they certainly did not do a good job
communicating it; if not, it shows great redundancy of the system...
