Sorry, I didn't express myself clearly. I'm in the UK and I know the OP is too. I was explaining why I thought Digium didn't produce a BRI card. The suggestion to use a partial E1 was just in idea in case he found that a partial E1 and a TE110P worked out cheaper than 4xBRI lines and a BRI card. I don't know whether or not it would.
