Hello all, I want to create some animation for IVVR prompt by app_mp4.
I had create a .avi vidio file and .wav audio file. I am looking for a way to
create a .3gp file for app_mp4 / mp4play function.
Do I combine those two files into .wmv then convert to .3gp? What kind of tools
I need to use?
Or there is another way for that?
