Hi, The Conference (Konference) application can do that (with a little modification for 3G calls). But you are very clear of what should see the 3rd caller in the conference... (A, B, abel to swith the video source...)
Another solution is to use the MCU, I think Sergio can provide specific support to manage video streams as you want.
