pbx_spool will parse out a 'codecs' parameter from the call file in
the same manner as the AMI command.

Example:

Codecs: !all, ulaw, alaw, g722, h264

Whether or not originate makes use of that properly is a function of
the PBX core - but the functionality is the same between both AMI and
call files in that regard.
