Hi Michael; I use CallCentric for my home (toy) PBX, I like them, no problems so far although I'm not sure what they have for a business plan. Les.net (who in part of this mailing list) also offers a large amount of services and he is very good. Have you looked at a PRI? Not sure if that would help for your purpose, but with 30 users it may be worth looking at. Mark
