Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone out there knows of any software that can check
the status of a SIP trunk (to see if it's registered or not)? I find
that sometimes I run into a situation where my SIP trunk is not
registered (status is "request sent"), and it won't come back up until I
reload chan_sip. I would like to automate this process. I wrote a
rudimentary PHP script that uses AMI and just parses the output of "sip
show registry", but I'd like it if there was a more elegant/polished
solution out there. Any suggestions?

Cheers,

Alex
