Toronto VoIP Providers/DIDs

I'm looking for a VoIP provider (preferably based at 151 Front Street in 
Toronto) that offers Toronto local DIDs (416 area code - I need 4 of 
them), and a Toll-free DID. IAX is the preferred protocol. If anyone out 
there would like to send me a quote, please contact me off-list - giesen 
at snickers dot org. Please include rates for all the of the above, any 
activation charges, and North American long distance rates. If you're not 
a provider but can recommend someone that offers all of the above, please 
share.
