IAX2 Provider

Can anyone in the group recommend a reliable voip sp that supports IAX2
(preferably) and has local DID's for Toronto and Montreal. I have got
some DID's with one already and I am having problems getting caller id
from them on outbound calls to Rogers and Telus cell phones (reports
some bogus number) and they have been down for hours at a time. The
other provider I found only accepts fax applications and has yet to
return my call.
