If DTMF isn't working, you've likely got the settings mismatched
between the Sipura and Asterisk. DTMF mode RFC2833 is what's
recommended for SIP.

To dial an external extension, you will likely need something like the
following in your extensions.conf:
exten => 100,1,Dial(SIP/<name of your SIP device>/<destination number>)

i.e.
exten => 100,1,Dial(SIP/my-ata-line1/6475551212)

I don't know how you would accomplish that up via AAH's interface though.
