My brother works for Bell's network engineering division; honestly they don't give a rat's ass. They either make their money off you directly, or off the PSTN connection to Unlimitel. And let's face it, what would you rather deal with? Hiring and maintaining the customer support staff to keep a relatively happy customer service image, or dealing with far fewer and far more technically 'ept' business contacts? -A.
