The Wanpipe driver interfaces with the Zaptel driver, so you have to patch the Zaptel driver. After compiling and installing, when you run the wanpipe configuration tool you pass in an option either zaptel or zapata, can't remember which, it will configure straight from your zapata.conf. So you dont have to do anything with the wanpipe configuration or answer the wizards questions.
