I wish I had a recording of that call. :-) So yes it is possible from Bell Canada, however you are using a different PRI switchtype emulation than I am, and it may not be allowed with your switchtype. You could contact Bell Canada and see if they can change your switch emulation but I know that it is at least $250 to change anything about a provisioned PRI, and there's still no guarantees that you'll be able to set it. I think it's very much something you need to specifically ask, and when you ask you raise eyebrows and they start to wonder what you're up to. -A.
