No problem. When you define the channels for the phone lines (e.g.
zapata.conf) just specify a different context= for each company and
group the channels appropriately for use in outgoing calls. Create two
different voicemail.conf contexts as well so that you can have identical
voicemail boxes for each company. Then when assigning each extension
(e.g. in sip.conf) set the context to match the company, this way you
can setup the context for the extensions to dial different extensions
and different outgoing lines. In other words each company can have any
extension they want and outgoing calls will be made on their lines.
Basically this means having two virtually identical dial plans. It's a
lot to manage and the #include command in extensions.conf can make it
easier. I also go so far as to put the voice prompts in subdirectories
so that I don't confuse the two.

CallerID is detected by the Zapata and will give you the same caller ID
that a typical line has, there is a setting in zapata.conf that turns
this on. I'm told that the PRI with ANI is much more accurate so if
you're using PRI lines then you have some choices.

Yup, that's done by duplicating the extensions.conf context that I
mentioned in the first paragraph.

Professional masochist?
Oh, and I have no idea if this is supported by [EMAIL PROTECTED] It can and
is done by Asterisk though.
